The Business Support Analyst is a key contributor to the Atlas Client Team concerning analysis, objective attainment, and communication between Client Services and Technical Teams.

The role is responsible for troubleshooting and analyzing reports and all data types to identify inconsistencies, troubleshoot root causes, communicate needed corrections and correct as directed, analyze raw data and accurately communicate the meaning of the data captured in a clear and concise manner, and ability to work independently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment meeting stringent deadlines.


  • Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes
  • Provide information for Clients, Customers, through the use of syndicated data and other resources
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation for supporting our clients
  • Coordinating and establishing functional specifications with programmers
  • Backend Data analysis in a SQL environment
  • Proactively develop business growth opportunities from data analysis and category management insights
  • Responsible for capturing data and organizing sales stories for presentations to Clients
  • Coordinate with Client teams and communicate key follow up issues and objectives from our various Clients
  • Manage specific requests that would be generated by the Client and Client Services Leadership that would include customer analysis, new business analysis, and client reviews
  • Receive, research, identify, and communicate the different types of data issues which include but not limited to Retail PPC data, new and existing reports, template loads, WIM error logs, and all system admin inconsistencies.  It is this position’s responsibility to learn all assigned retail team’s reports, be able to analyze them for accuracy, and troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate department


  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies (SQL Server 2008 (or newer)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, analytical and research Skills
  • Knowledge of analytical concepts and methodologies
  • 2-3 years of experience as an analyst
  • 1-2 years of CPG industry experience preferred
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
